  • Domain, data and accounts remain yoursThe client owns the domain, data and client accounts; SEBA owns the generic platform and the automation.
  • Half up front, the rest before go-liveWebsites: 50% on commissioning and 50% before the production go-live. Large custom projects are billed by milestone.
  • Minimum term: 12 months for website and workplace, 6 for growthSEBA Web Platform: minimum term of 12 months, then cancellable monthly as set out in the quote; invoiced monthly.
  • You pay for licences and ad budget separatelyMicrosoft licences, ad budget and domain, registrar and provider costs are not included and are charged separately.
