The next step
A no-obligation conversation about your situation, with a reply within one working day.
Security as standard
With MFA and Conditional Access (Secure), an unknown device doesn’t just get in. In the licence administration we spot unused licences; we only cancel anything after your approval.
Management, security and support, without your own IT department
Microsoft 365 is powerful, but it needs ongoing management: accounts, licences, security and updates. We take that over, with fixed prices per user.
User management without the hassle
New employee? Someone leaving? Accounts, licences, groups and mailboxes are properly arranged and recorded the same working day.
Security as standard
MFA, Conditional Access, security baselines and Defender management. The basic security that simply has to be switched on in 2026.
Licence administration
An overview of assigned and unused licences. Paying for licences nobody uses is a waste. We actively flag it.
Proactive monitoring
We monitor the health of your tenant and flag anomalies before they become problems. Microsoft outages show up in the portal.
Support you can reach
By email and phone, and with priority if you agree on that. Questions from you and your employees simply get answered.
Reporting and reviews
A monthly report in the client portal, a quarterly review with advice on licences and security, and if you want, a monthly management report with strategic advice.
What we manage for you
Professional management with the basic security every business needs. Microsoft licences come on top, separately; we usually recommend Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

Frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365 management
What does Microsoft 365 management cost?
Management is billed per user per month. A minimum amount per organisation applies, so with very few employees you pay that minimum instead of per user. You always pay Microsoft licences separately. That way you see exactly what goes to Microsoft and what you pay for management, security and support. The amount is in your quote, with the number of users.
Why are licences separate from the management fee?
Transparency. Licence prices are set by Microsoft and can change; our fee covers the work: management, monitoring, security and support. Keeping them separate means you always know where your money goes, and you can optimise licences without the management becoming opaque.
What does Microsoft 365 management include?
User and licence management, shared mailboxes and groups, health checks and reporting; MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, Intune and phone support; and where you want it, full Intune management, Autopilot, access reviews and management reporting too. What is included for your organisation is in your quote.
Can you take over our existing Microsoft 365 environment?
Yes. We start with a structured onboarding, one-off and partly per user: tenant details, licences, security settings and management agreements are recorded and checked. After that we take over day-to-day management, with as little disruption as possible for your employees.
What will my employees notice when we switch?
As little as possible. The onboarding is mainly taking stock and setting things up properly. Changes with impact, such as switching on MFA, are planned and communicated in advance, including clear instructions for each employee.
