TermsOur agreements, in plain language
These are the commercial principles that apply to all our services. The full, legally binding agreements are always in your quote and contract.
Prices and quotes
- All amounts in our quotes are excluding VAT.
- The price, scope and schedule are always set out in a quote; on this website we publish the scope, not the amount.
- Quotes state the specifics: quantities, pages, users, channels, feedback rounds and client responsibilities.
- Microsoft licences, ad budget and domain, registrar and provider costs are not included and are charged separately.
Payment
- Websites: 50% on commissioning and 50% before the production go-live. Large custom projects are billed by milestone.
- Monthly services are invoiced monthly.
- Annual price indexation.
Contract durations
- SEBA Web Platform: minimum term of 12 months, then cancellable monthly as set out in the quote; invoiced monthly.
- Growth: minimum term of 6 months.
- Workplace: minimum term of 12 months, unless quoted otherwise.
Scope and extra work
- No unlimited service and no unlimited feedback rounds.
- Extra work outside the agreed scope is estimated in advance and billed per 15 minutes. Urgent work and work outside office hours carry a surcharge.
- Unused included time expires at the end of the month.
- Extra work is always approved in advance.
Ownership
- The client owns the domain, data and client accounts; SEBA owns the generic platform and the automation.
- The texts and images you supply also remain yours.
- When the agreement ends, we cooperate in a clean handover of what is yours.
Not tacitly included
- Ad budgets and Microsoft licences.
- Domain, registrar and external provider costs.
- Online shops, booking systems and complex custom portals.
- Migrations, large-scale integrations and project-based transformations.
