The next step
A no-obligation conversation about your situation, with a reply within one working day.
A new laptop sets itself up
With Windows Autopilot, an employee signs in with their work account. Policies, apps and encryption are applied automatically, without an afternoon of installing.
Every laptop and phone: set up, secured, kept up to date
Separate devices with their own settings are unmanageable and unsafe. With Intune we manage the entire lifecycle: from initial setup to secure disposal.
Automatic setup (Autopilot)
New laptop out of the box, sign in, done. Apps, settings and security are rolled out automatically. No afternoon lost to installing.
Device policies and compliance
Fixed policies for encryption, screen lock, updates and permitted apps. You see per device whether it complies, and we fix deviations.
Updates and patch management
Windows and app updates rolled out in a controlled way in rings: test first, then broadly. Security updates with as little disruption to the working day as possible.
BitLocker and data protection
Disk encryption with centrally stored recovery keys. A lost laptop is still a nuisance, but with encryption you usually do not have to report it as a data breach.
Management of personal devices (BYOD)
Business apps and data protected on personal phones, without you being able to see personal photos. Business and personal neatly separated.
Overview per client
Numbers of devices, compliance, patch status and incidents: visible in the client portal and reported monthly.
Setup as a project, management per user
Setting up the workplace is one-off project work; the ongoing management is part of Microsoft 365 management, per user per month with a minimum amount per organisation. Microsoft licences always come on top, separately.
Standard onboarding
Tenant and domain inventory, administrators and service ownership, licence and user plan, security baseline and connection to the SEBA platform.
one-off
New Intune setup
Setting up device management: profiles, compliance and rollout.
one-off
Conditional Access baseline
Designing, testing and rolling out access policies.
one-off
Setting up a workplace is a project; keeping it secure and up to date is ongoing work. We say that up front, not in the small print.
Frequently asked questions about the modern workplace
What exactly is a modern workplace?
A workplace in which laptops and phones are managed centrally via Microsoft Intune: set up automatically, secured according to fixed policies, kept up to date and wipeable remotely if lost. Employees work securely wherever they want; you keep overview and control.
What does modern workplace management cost?
Workplace management is part of our Microsoft 365 management: basic Intune management, and if you want, full Intune management with Autopilot, per user per month. A new Intune setup is one-off project work and appears as a separate line on the quote. Microsoft licences always come on top, separately.
What happens if an employee loses their laptop?
With Intune management the device can be locked and wiped remotely, while encryption (BitLocker) protects the data. We apply the difference between wiping, retiring and removing deliberately: business data safe, personal items left alone where appropriate.
How does it work for new or departing employees?
When someone joins, Windows Autopilot sets up a new laptop automatically: apps, policies and access are ready without manual installation. When someone leaves, we reverse it just as carefully: revoke access, secure data, reset the device for the next user.
