CookiesWhat this website places on your device
When you arrive we load Google Tag Manager, for statistics and advertising; what it places is listed below. If you do not want that, you switch it off in one click.
How to switch it off
When you arrive, measurement starts straight away, and a banner tells you so. In it you choose Accept or Reject, each in one click and the same size. Under Custom options you switch statistics and marketing off separately. The site works just as well if you refuse.
If you choose Reject, or switch a type off, we delete the related cookies on sebaconnect.nl and the page reloads without that measurement. We remember that choice: on further pages and on a later visit, that measurement no longer loads. You change your choice with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button above. Cookies that Microsoft set on its own domains (bing.com and clarity.ms) we cannot delete: you remove those in your browser, or they expire on their own.
Separately, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts on every visit how often pages are viewed and how fast they load. That script stores nothing in your browser; that is why it is not in the tables on this page and why we do not ask for consent for it. More about this in the privacy statement.
When you arrive: Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a service of Google Ireland Limited that we use to manage measurement code. Tag Manager itself does not place measurement cookies; it loads the measurement code we put into it, and only for the categories you have not switched off. When it loads, Google sees your IP address and browser details, as with any connection to a website.
| Cookie | From | Category | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 (Google) | Statistics | Distinguishes visitors from one another, for visitor statistics. | 2 years |
_ga_<id> | Google Analytics 4 (Google) | Statistics | Keeps track of your visit as one session, for visitor statistics. | 2 years |
_gcl_ls | Google Analytics 4 (Google) | Statistics | Item in your browser's local storage, from the Google tag: links a click on a Google ad to your visit. Not if you switch marketing off. | 90 days |
_gcl_au | Google Ads (Google) | Marketing | Remembers that you came to the site through a Google ad, so that an enquiry can be linked to that ad. Not if you switch marketing off. | 90 days |
_gcl_aw | Google Ads (Google) | Marketing | Stores the click ID of the Google ad you arrived through, for that same link. Not if you switch marketing off. | 90 days |
_clck | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Recognises your browser on a later visit to this site, for Clarity’s statistics. | 1 year |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Links the pages of one visit together into one session. | 1 day |
CLID | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Recognises your browser on all websites that use Clarity. | 1 year |
MUID | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Microsoft cookie that recognises your browser on Microsoft websites and on sites that use Microsoft services; Microsoft also uses it for advertising. | 1 year |
MR | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Indicates whether the MUID cookie needs to be refreshed. | 7 days |
ANONCHK | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Indicates whether the MUID cookie is passed on to Microsoft’s advertising service; Clarity sets this to no. | 10 minutes |
SM | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Keeps the MUID cookie the same across Microsoft’s domains. | Until you close the browser |
SRM_B | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) | Statistics | Microsoft cookie on bing.com that keeps the MUID cookie in sync across Microsoft services; Microsoft also uses it for advertising. | 1 year |
Every time the site is published, this list is automatically compared with our Tag Manager. If it contains measurement code that is not described here, no new version of the site goes live until this overview has been updated.
What the site always stores in your browser
The site remembers a few things in your own browser’s storage, instead of in a cookie. They never go to us or to anyone else: they are needed to make the site do what you ask.
| Name | Where | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
seba-toestemming | local storage | Your choice in the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every page. | 12 months, after which we ask again |
seba-voorlader | session storage | Makes sure the opening animation plays only once per visit. | Until you close the tab |
seba:bezoeker | session storage | The town or industry you enter yourself on the site. | Until you close the tab |
seba:mee | session storage | Carries what you chose or asked on another page over to the contact form, such as a licence recommendation, an email check or a question. | Until you send your enquiry or close the tab |
seba-campagne | session storage | Remembers which campaign or ad you came from (the campaign details in the link, and whether you clicked an ad from Google, Meta or Microsoft), so that we can see which channel worked when you send an enquiry. Never the click ID itself. | Until you close the tab |
In addition, like any website, our hosting provider keeps technical log files to keep the site secure and available. Nothing on your device is needed for that.
Embedded third-party content
We do not currently embed videos, maps or other third-party content. If we do so in the future, that content will only load after your consent, and not in advance in the background.
You can read more about what we do with data in the privacy statement.
