What is not included
- Ongoing SEO work or a content calendar
- Advertising management
- CRM and ERP integrations beyond simple standard connections
- Full copywriting or photography production
- Ongoing human time for changes
- No unlimited service and no unlimited feedback rounds.
- Microsoft licences, ad budget and domain, registrar and provider costs are not included and are charged separately.

In your quote there is an amount next to each line and a total below. Here we only show how a line is charged. What it comes to for you depends on the scope above. All amounts in our quotes are excluding VAT.
Payment terms and duration
- Websites: 50% on commissioning and 50% before the production go-live. Large custom projects are billed by milestone.
- SEBA Web Platform: minimum term of 12 months, then cancellable monthly as set out in the quote; invoiced monthly.
- Annual price indexation.
- Extra work is always approved in advance. Extra work outside the agreed scope is estimated in advance and billed per 15 minutes. Urgent work and work outside office hours carry a surcharge.
Schedule
Follows from the intake. We fix the planning after the consultation, as soon as it is clear when texts, images and access to domain and accounts can be supplied. In a real quote, the milestones and their dates appear here.
Ownership
The client owns the domain, data and client accounts; SEBA owns the generic platform and the automation.
