Our own website
The site you are looking at now. Every page goes through the same automated checks as the work we deliver to clients.
- No amount in a page’s source code
- Tag Manager matches the cookie statement
- Scheduled articles build on their own day
- Licence advice and reply date calculate correctly
- Every moving band has a pause button
- No amount on a public page
- No promise we can’t keep
- Punctuation checked
- No Dutch on a translated page
- FAQ search finds the same answer in every language
- Services only, no old product names
- No month that lags behind
- Menu bar readable on every hero
- Unique, tailored titles and descriptions
- No text that reads an empty field
- Every image of people is real, with its source on record
- JavaScript within the per-page budget
- No broken link
Build a website that is itself the proof of what we sell: fast, findable, accessible and measurable, and one that cannot go live with a broken link, an unreadable text colour or a promise that is not backed up anywhere.
-
Not a single publication without the full series of checks. They look for broken links and pages too few others point to, check titles, descriptions and structured data, and catch amounts that do not belong on public pages. One gate reads the sentences themselves: no promise about cookies, technology or results that we cannot keep, not even in the line Google shows under your title. Other gates check punctuation and the month names in examples, and lay our Tag Manager next to the cookie statement. The number alongside is counted by the build itself.
-
A fixed JavaScript budget per route. Every build measures how much script a page actually ships and compares that with the agreed upper limit; if a route goes over it, the build breaks.
-
Contrast measured on the rendered pixels, not on the tokens in the stylesheet. All text reaches at least 4.5:1, large text 3:1, including over a photo or a block of colour.
-
Structured data on every page (organisation, services, frequently asked questions, articles) plus a sitemap and llms.txt for AI search engines.
-
Every service shows what you get and how you pay. That is the same scope that then comes back in the quote.
We believe an agency should be able to show its own work. That is why this website is not a business card but an example: everything we advise clients to do, we do here ourselves.
That also means making choices that are uncomfortable. Every quote states what is not included, just as visibly as what you get. That costs us conversations in which someone drops out over the scope. But the conversations that remain are about something real, and there is no argument later about something that “was part of the deal”.
The claims above are not marketing copy but build steps. A page with a broken internal link, a route that goes over its script budget, a title that is too long or an amount that leaks out: it does not get through the build, so it is not published. That is exactly why we do it this way: a check you can skip is a check you skip on a busy day.
Contrast is the exception: we measure it by hand on the rendered page itself before every publication. It is not a gate in the build, and we would rather write that down here than pretend otherwise.
